Fee Structure

1. Fees
   Time spent by lawyers and support staff is accurately recorded and translated into fees by applying the respective charge-out rate. Our current charge-out rates are detailed below.
2. Disbursements
   Disbursements (out of pocket expenses) are charged to the client. Disbursements include searches and enquiries, photocopying, facsimile, postal and courier charges, barristers’ and agents’ fees etc.
3. Goods and Services Tax
   The schedules of costs below are exclusive of GST. The GST figure of 10% is added to each account/invoice and is payable by the client.
