Lorraine White is an experienced commercial lawyer who joined Bradley Allen in January 2008. Lorraine specialises in commercial law, commercial conveyancing, business sales and purchases, commercial leasing matters and employment law.
Lorraine also specialises in providing advice to the club industry and has provided advice to clients in respect of a number of significant club sales, acquisitions and amalgamations and is experienced in gaming and liquor licensing requirements.
Lorraine also has a background in the Australian Public Service where she was a member of the Senior Executive Service for over 12 years. Lorraine has extensive experience across the full spectrum of public-sector operations from policy development, program management, human resource management, procurement and communication and marketing activities.
Lorraine is an effective negotiator and an excellent communicator and is committed to providing responsive and practical advice.
