Rebecca Tetlow joined Bradley Allen in July 2006. Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the ACT Supreme Court in December 2007.
Areas of Practice
Rebecca has a broad knowledge in all areas of estate planning and her principal areas of practice include:
- Wills and Estate Planning;
- Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship matters;
- Superannuation planning including Commonwealth superannuation and self managed superannuation;
- Probate and Estate Planning; and

Estate Disputes and Family Provisions Claims.
Rebecca is committed to developing and implementing holistic and effective estate planning strategies to assist clients in achieving their planning objectives. Her knowledge of the law, attention to detail and well developed communication skills ensures that her clients receive quality service and sound legal advice.
Rebecca has an interest in legal issues affecting the elderly and currently serves on the Board of Council on the Ageing (ACT). Rebecca is actively involved in community eduction and has regularly presented to community groups and policy organisations on estate planning and elder law issues.
