Tom Meagher is a senior estate planning, business succession planning and retirement planning lawyer. Highly regarded in his field by fellow practitioners and the estate planning and financial planning professions, he has particular experience in superannuation and tax-effective asset planning.
Tom is the ACT contributing editor to the Butterworths publication Family Provision Law in Australia and New Zealand by Bruce W. Nickel and John K de Groot.
Tom has retired from full-time practice, but continues to act as a consultant to Bradley Allen’s estate planning, business succession planning and retirement planning section, assisting our partner Keith Bradley AM and lawyer Rebecca Tetlow.
