Susan Proctor is an experienced commercial lawyer. Her practice encompasses
- business sales and purchases
- the acquisition, development and sale of commercial developments including fully leased CBD towers, residential developments, broadacre subdivisions, and other development sites
- commercial leasing
- financing and securities
- all other commercial property related matters.
An excellent communicator and efficient and confident negotiator, Susan successfully applies these skills to her practice. Her attention to detail and ability to translate her clients desired outcomes into reality has led to the development of a strong and loyal client base.
Susan acts for large corporations which own significant property portfolios including office towers and shopping centres and also acts for property syndicates and private organisations.
Susan also operates in the finance sector acting for a large bank.
Susan is committed to remaining informed and updated on property developments and new legislation. She regularly attends relevant educational seminars and is a member of the Planning Committee of the Property Council of Australia in Canberra. Susan has recently been appointed as a Director of ACTTAB Limited and acts for a significant number of Clubs.
