Keith Bradley is a leading insurance and personal insurance lawyer who has now taken over our estate planning section.

Areas of Practice

Keith practises principally in the areas of:

• Estate Planning
• Estate Management
• Family Provision Act applications

Keith has over 20 years experience as a common law and commercial litigation partner in Canberra.  He has extensive experience in catastrophic injury claims and has expertise in health law and medico-legal issues, providing advice and training to health professionals and acting for uninsured doctors in indemnity claims.

Keith has now taken over our estate planning section and is responsible for estate planning, business succession planning and retirement planning.  Combining his experience with that of our consultant, Tom Meagher, Keith will continue Bradley Allen’s tradition of excellence in providing advice to our clients in these areas.

Keith is a Board Member for the National Heart Foundation (ACT Division), was the Chairman of ACT Olympic Football Taskforce appointed by SOCOG and ACT Government and was the Chairman for the 6th and 9th Australian Masters Games Ltd.  He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 1998.
